A new alternative to nursing homes.

The Neighborly PACE program provides one convenient source for a full range of home and health care services, enabling seniors to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. Each potential member is assessed to determine his/her individual needs. Then we coordinate, provide, and supervise all of the home and healthcare services.

At the Neighborly PACE Center, you’ll be treated with respect, free from discrimination of any kind. We’ll provide you with accurate, easy-to-understand information, as well as someone to help you make informed health care decisions. Our goal is to keep you living safely in your home and/or together with your family for as long as possible, maintaining your independence and quality of life.
